1. Working Environment
The working environment here is exceptionally professional and beneficial for students. Being present at the office daily significantly boosts our team’s enthusiasm and sense of responsibility. I also appreciate the surrounding greenery, which offers a great space for short mental breaks. On the flip side, I would love to see more structured opportunities to interact with the mentor team beyond our daily greetings to build closer connections and learn from them more directly.
2. Support from Mentors & Team Admin
The mentors are remarkably dedicated and enthusiastic. They frequently check in on the teams, offer guidance, and even surprise us with afternoon snacks to boost morale. Furthermore, they are consistently accessible and ready to assist with any challenges, whether we are working at the office or from home.
3. Learning & Skill Development Opportunities
My learning curve during this internship has been tremendous. I have acquired foundational knowledge about AWS, including its core services and advantages, while also adjusting to professional etiquette and modern learning techniques. The various events hosted by the company have expanded my professional network and perspectives, helping me explore different career paths and establish a clearer direction for my future.

The culture is highly collaborative. Everyone, from senior members and mentors to fellow participants, is dedicated and always eager to share their expertise. Furthermore, while the work environment maintains the necessary discipline, everyone is incredibly friendly and approachable after hours, creating a very positive team spirit.

What did you find most satisfying during your internship?
My greatest satisfaction comes from experiencing such a professional environment and gaining practical, hands-on exposure to AWS services. Additionally, the warm support and occasional afternoon treats from the mentors made me feel genuinely valued.
What do you think the company should improve for future interns?
I suggest facilitating more formal networking sessions between interns and the mentoring team. Breaking the ice and going beyond standard daily greetings would help us feel more confident in asking for advice and sharing ideas.
If recommending to a friend, would you suggest they intern here? Why or why not?
Absolutely. This internship serves as a fantastic “launchpad” for students looking to move beyond textbook theory, experience a true corporate culture, and better define their professional journey.
Do you have any suggestions to improve the internship experience?
It would be great if the program could organize weekly “Tea-talks” or small-group sharing sessions. These would provide a relaxed setting for interns to comfortably discuss hurdles and seek guidance from mentors.
Would you like to continue this program in the future?
I strongly desire to continue my journey at FCAJ. I am eager to take on more advanced projects to further refine my skills and work towards higher career goals.
